Joseph Schulze, Head Coach
Joseph Schulze is a graduate of Magnolia High School and is entering his ninth season with the program. Coach Schulze brings more than 20 years of softball experience, serving in leadership roles as both a Head Coach and Varsity Assistant Coach.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Texas A&M University and a Master of Education from Sam Houston State University.
Coach Schulze teaches freshman biology at College Park High School. He and his son, Layne—an avid basketball enthusiast and student at Texas A&M. Whoop!

Zachary Dickson
Zachary Dickson is a graduate of Centerville High School, where he was a four-year letterman. He continued his athletic career at the collegiate level, playing baseball at Brookhaven College and The University of Texas at Dallas as a pitcher, shortstop, and outfielder. Coach Dickson earned his degree in Psychology from the University of Texas Permian Basin.
Coach Dickson brings ten years of coaching experience across both baseball and softball programs, including leadership roles as both a head coach and/or assistant coach.
He is also a Special Education teacher and is currently in his third year at College Park High School.
