2025 Fall Ball Schedule

The College Park Sports Medicine team is hosting 2025-2026. Pre-Participation Physicals on April 17, 2025, from 7:00a - 5:00p.  They have hired 10 providers to conduct the physicals.  All of your returning and new students in the fall will have the opportunity to have their physical completed during each period.  The 6th & 7th graders will be shuttled in the morning and the 8th graders will be after College Park High School's school/during their athletic period and parents will pick up their student here at College Park HS.  It is imperative that everyone gets a new physical before the end of the 2024-2025 school year.  The UIL states that any student participating in a weekly strength and conditioning camp, or sports specific skills camp must have an up to date physical on file.  Their website has all the information regarding physical date, cost, payment, and etc.

Physical Day:

April 17th, 2025, during all the respective athletic, cheer, dance, band, and JROTC classes.

Payment is $26 paid via School Cash Online (preferred) or $30 cash the day of.
